Honestly, I would love someone to interview Putin to get his take on the western worlds commitment to suicide. Ask him who is behind it and what Russia sees as the 3-5 year future. weak or innefective vaccines (distributed by China and Russia) may contribute to variants the same as weak or ineffective immune systems can. Viri mutate best when they have a large audience of unprotected people. As the virus jumps from individual to individual it tunes itself to get stronger and stronger. Effective vaccines do not contribute to variants, they stop the spread cold by limiting those that can be infected and so making the pool smaller. This has been shown over and over with measles, small pox, and TB. It’s also been shown with Wuhan-1 - the original version of the virus to infect the US - it’s largely gone as a major contender within 4 months of vaccinations beginning, the void being filled now with Delta.
