I agree. I’ve watched many Olympics over the decades and was always excited to see them. Not any more. I haven’t watched a minute of it, and I don’t care. The Olympics should go away. It’s pathetic now.

A lot of the fun was cheering for your team, your country.

Now that they've taken that away, they wonder why people don't care about them anymore. Cheering for what, these individual spolied, self serving jerks?

Actually I liked the Olympics for the great achievements regardless of country.

Like Abebe Bikila who ran the marathon in bare feet.

Or Shun Fujimoto the Japanese Male Gymnast who landed on a broken leg to give Japan the Gold Medal in 1976. That is who should have lit the Olympic Flame in Tokyo!
