Buck’s attorney Seymour Amster told DailyMail.com the man had a history of ‘substance’ abuse and was showing ‘bizarre behavior’ when he arrived
Tepper said the man appeared ‘fine’ adding: ‘He wasn’t stumbling, he was buzzing the building, he was on his phone’
She admitted she was ‘used to seeing young black men coming in and out of Ed’s apartment at very odd hours’
This is the second time in 18 months that a black man has been found dead in his apartment after Gemmel More, 26, died of an apparent OD in July 2017
