Do not move into a town with a majority black population, or an area around a lot of them. The property values will decline, the town leadership will be taken over by black democrats and you will constantly have to watch your back for car jackers, muggers and thieves.

Greenwood is about 13,000 population. 73% are blacks. Figure a third of them are decent people, that leaves about half the town being less than decent people, and that is before you add in any white meth heads and druggies.
I do not see that town going anywhere but down. I would not move there. Plus, the tax base has to be squat.
