Mauritania becomes energy independent building cold fusion boxes and selling to their neighbors, and soon enough Europeans start importing their own LENR boxes because they’re cheaper and save tons of money contrasted to alternatives.
It becomes a basic free-for-all, like any country that wants to manufacture bicycles, putt-putt cars, and ghost guns.
