No it didn't. But the Jewish people didn't have the right to protest what was happening to them. Their resistance was futile at best when it finally did come to their ability to do so. Drawing comparisons of some of the most murderous functionaries of a criminal state to bureaucratic apparatchiks is not only historically inaccurate but pretty stupid, in my opinion.
