I had seen an earlier announcement, but the new part to me was the”first night” thing. That REALLY doesn’t add up.
I went to Mexico City on a business trip. The host company met us at the van with guards armed with M16s and escorted us inside.

I assume they are at a Resort to be together and enjoy each other’s company away from the daily routine.
I know, it’s just me. Must be why I only go to Beach Resorts with the Girlfriend and leave the Wife at home.

Mexico is beautiful and at one time a wonderful place to visit. Resorts now have strict security. This looks suspicious as to the wife. Sorry…too much Murder She Wrote!
antceecee, as a big fan of true crime, I agree with you about wifey. STILL not going to Mexico- who do you think works in the resorts? the very people we are meant to avoid by staying on the resort, is who.
PS my hubby always says if he dies mysteriously, the police need to check our DVR to see where i got my idea, haha!

Yes, I understand; and even in American cities with the largest homicide rates IT IS usually local-on-local crime, most of the time.
We quit going to Mexico many years ago. If I get the...wish I was in Mexico feeling, we have parts of town that are just like Mexico...and just as dangerous. lol
