Benzodiazepines a drug commonly used to treat PTSD, Depression and a few other problems is probably the scariest drugs out there. The otherwise-esteemed Jordan Peterson nearly died from benzodiazepine addiction, and now warns against it:

Peterson seems well-intended, but the only philosophy and teaching that really heals people is to learn and understand the words of Jesus and let Him lead one's recovery.
