Why is that chick walking across the street carrying a toilet bowl brush? It's for self defense. In Chicago, law-abiding folks aren't allowed to have things like guns. If you get attacked, the best legal alternative is a used toilet brush - stick it in the perps face, and hope it's not something they enjoy...
