The vaccine is not 100% effective. That means some people that have had both shots will catch the virus.And every time this phenomenon that is expected to happen happens, we have to get a news story about it as if it's somehow newsworthy.

PERIOD. And many of Covidians believe this. So the fact that the vax doesn't stop inspections is going to be a rude awakening for many.
