Just a reminder, Vietnam is very low on vaccines, at the moment.

Around 5% thus far.

Noticed this in another article:

To date, nearly 8.6 million doses of AstraZeneca vaccine have been delivered to Vietnam, accounting for 76 percent of the country’s total COVID-19 vaccine volume.

That from:

So, it appears VN has now imported approximately 10,000,000 vaccine doses total, or enough for about 5,000,000 (out of 100,000,000 in the population) total.

Around 5%.

Only 95% left to go...

Bioweapons gonna bioweapon, Delta has 1200 times the viral load in the upper respiratory tract compared to alpha or beta and it does this at 3.7 days on avg not 6 to 10 for the other strains. MIT is right at those levels of replication and viral load every human on earth will be exposed eventually with a documented R0 of 5 it should take just under 4 months to expose every human on earth not counting for isolation or remoteness. The CFR from Johns Hopkins University school of medicine for first World health care is 1.8% and holding without access to that care as in Peru or Italy when the hospital’s overflowed the CFR shoots way up Into the 20_30% ranges. In simple terms Delta is the nasty high spreading 2.0 version of the Rona bioweapon it’s going to get real bad real fast regardless of the vaccines as Delta can by pass them with nearly 40/60 with the latest Israeli data of 39% against Delta. That makes Delta the 2.0 version , 3.0 will have a SARS like CFR of 40% take that to the bank. This is World war four China has fired the first two shots and we are missing not only the battle but the war as well.

But how many people have died of the disease? I see only case counts. I advise my friends to get sunshine on their skin daily. Vitamin D does prevent of ameliorate infections. The Vũ Hàn virus, like other viruses, seems to affect women more than men in Việt Nam and I suspect that it is because the older and the rural non laboring women still dress to avoid skin contact with sunshine- they completely cover up when going out of doors. Young urban women have been adopting western fashions in the last few years and are suffering colds and flu at a far lower rate than their mothers and aunts. The same process seems to be at work with the Chinese virus.
