You may be vaccinated, but you could still get Covid if you have a suppressed immune system from something like AIDs. However, if you have been vaccinated, it is rare that you will die.

And yes, you very likely get covid after the shot. Just that with a true vaccine, your immune system is prepared to fight when it is encountered... or a mutation is encountered(to a lesser degree).
