Look, there's some worry among foreign leaders there could be a return to that, to Trump or Trumpism if Biden, let's say, serves only one term and Donald Trump or someone like him follows him into office. Right now there is a global sigh of relief.

If there's a sigh of relief, it's because a pansy (or someone not actually working for their own party's supposed interests) is an easy pushover. Duh. That's not a good thing, if you're an American. That's like saying vendors heave a sigh of relief when the purchaser that takes kickbacks gets the job.
