Thank You For Your Service (A Moment of Truth) It's Never Too Late To Appreciate Overlooked Veterans, e.g. Vietnam Vets and others [2 Minute Video - Important]

"The Vietnam War marked a time of social unrest that divided our nation like never before. Service members returning home with physical and emotional scars were greeted with an unprecedented level of disrespect and dishonor. The courage and sacrifice of our veterans cannot be overstated. When you encounter them, thank them for their service. You never know how powerful those words may be. Find your moment at www.Moments.org."

ransomnote: It's not too late, not as long as they breathe. We can still thank them, and let them know their service matters, they matter. They haven't forgotten their service, neither should we. This little video is heartbreakingly beautiful. Please watch and share.

thanks. I hate when I’m seeing what I thinking I see really isn’t.

I go out of my way to thank vets. That said I don’t use “Thank you for your service.” anymore. I thank them for sharing their, time, energy, body and soul with the rest of us. That gets some interesting results - not the reason I say it - but overwhelmingly positive responses.

Chainmail, I offer you that salutation and a sincere - Welcome home brother.
