Daily covid-related deaths (7 day average) is one person per day (in all of Sweden), the total number of patients treated in ICU-units with COVID-disease is today 23.
However, it looked the same last summer. In Stockholm the majority of the contagion is now the Indian- (or to be “modern” the delta-) variant. But if the contagion spreads among the un-vaccinated youths, we don't really have to expect a rise in hospitalisations and ICU-cases.
I think I mentioned previously that a few weeks ago the majority of cases treated at ICU in Stockholm had been vaccinated. However, almost all those cases were either very aged persons, or persons undergoing treatment for cancer, organ transplants or autoimmune diseases, ie persons with depressed or badly functioning immune systems. Apparently almost all these patients have now either been moved to normal hospital units, been discharged or (sadly) succumbed to the disease - presently only 3 patients in ICU in the Stockholm hospitals.
So, it looks promising for the moment. But still no early treatment (HCQ, Zn, AZ, D-vit, C-vit etc) for people who come down with Covid, which I think is a medical malfeasance.
