My sister is a nurse in the Wake system. Same exposure and experience as your wife.
She likely has various medical reasons not to be vaccinated, in addition to all else. I wonder whether they will choose losing good staff like her for the sake of this policy.
I’m wondering if your wife remembers coming down with a bad “flu” in around 2003. When Sars1 was going around? Some people seem to be immune and I wonder if this is one reason.
