Do they have really have tests to determine what variant it is, or are they guessing?
On the Colorado COVID site 6 variants are shown, identified by numbers, with a graph showing the incidence of each variant as a percentage of overall cases. Delta (B.1.617.2) is the leader in cases.
I haven’t found out how they get the numbers.
