For all those who do not believe mandating this experimental is possible, there is a way that is just as effective. It is called coercion.
Somehow, I have the feeling they won’t be able to enforce this one.
Simple: no team wants a forfeit, so they just announce that all on the team have been inoculated. “Yep we saw the player go in the room with the doc, close the door, and the when it opened, the vile was empty”.
Inside room, player hands asks doc: “what will it take for you to squirt that stuff in the sink?”
ANS: probably nothing if doc is a fan of the team.
