Give doctors the freedom to administer the therapies or prophylactics they see fit for their patients which includes informing the patients of the pros and cons, and let the patients decide for themselves what they deem appropriate. This is the ultimate pro-choice policy.
This is what THE LAND OF THE FREE AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE ought to be like.
