Vitamin is relatively cheap. I’d rather err on the side of too much and waste a little than err on too little.

The coated are not cheap but I agree with you. I will choke down the dry ones because I know C is good for me.
You cannot really overdose on Vitamin C since it is a water soluble vitamin.
Excess vitamin C turns to oxalic acid which can cause kidney stones.
B6 is a water soluble vitamin and can cause long lasting damage.
I just meant it would not be stored in the body as a fat soluble vitamin would be. Obviously, too much of anything can be harmful-even water.
