Vitamin is relatively cheap. I’d rather err on the side of too much and waste a little than err on too little.

The coated are not cheap but I agree with you. I will choke down the dry ones because I know C is good for me.

You cannot really overdose on Vitamin C since it is a water soluble vitamin.


Excess vitamin C turns to oxalic acid which can cause kidney stones.

B6 is a water soluble vitamin and can cause long lasting damage.

I just meant it would not be stored in the body as a fat soluble vitamin would be. Obviously, too much of anything can be harmful-even water.

It’s the D3 . The absorption of calcium has increased and has gone into your bloodstream. Vit K2 helps direct the calcium to the bones instead of calcifying the blood, according to what I’ve read.
