Given this, why are we transferring state of the art bio engineering technology to Communist China to train the Chinese in gain of function, set up their bio engineering labs which are dual use - medical R&D and Bio Weapons R&D and to provide funding and American tech support for what amounts to bio weapons R&D for the Chinese Communist Party.?
