Dr. says it came from a lab back in the early 2000's .
He also said there are patents on it, but there are serious problems with the patents.
This was on a thread suggesting a need to have 2nd Nuremburg trials for those involved.
If what is on this video has any truth to it-Looks like Fraudci might end up standing trial for crimes against humanity?
I hope more people check out the information here.
