I’ve heard him say that most of the FBI rank and file are good people. I never heard him quote the 99.9% number.

Just like our intelligence community, same thing. The premier intelligence community in the world, they were hurt by a few at the top, and they’re angry about it, and you said that, but explain.”

But, Hannity was fooled by every investigator out there. He consistently believes they’re something they’re not. One would think he would catch on.
IG Horowitz is a rabid liberal, but Hannity believed Lindsey Graham that Horowitz was going to blow up DC. Anyone that’s every met Horowitz knew he was going to cover the best he could.

Yeh, the 99.9% is my interpolation. I have heard him narrow it to say just a few of the big names you hear are crooked, the rest are honest hard-working agents...
I just some of the super-majority of honest hard-workers there would refuse to do many of the corrupt things they do.
