We let in hordes of illegal aliens from every terrorist spot on the face of the planet. They’ve even built up enough local strength to send lunatics to Congress (Ilhan Omar). I have no problem with letting in foreigners who’ve already proven they will help the US. These Afghans helped us, and they’ll be killed by the Taliban if they stay in Afghanistan. They deserve to be let in - they’ll probably make far better Americans than some who are born here.
Afghanistan another quagmire for the USA like Vietnam. I have no problem with the Vietnamese in this country as a result of that war.
There are those who question allowing Muslims into our country equating Islam with violence and terrorism regardless of who side these folks were on.
The business interests desperate for more workers in this country don’t ask too many questions they just want to hire.
When the jihad starts here, they will follow the commands of their Prophet and chop the heads off of infidels.

Anecdote:
I have had the experience of meeting a Iraqi translator who was evacuated after the the war there. He is someone I would embrace as a friend in a fight. He put the promise of the U.S. Constitution over his religion...whatever it may be.
He is very relieved to be here.
