“So that MIT Medical can verify vaccine information in time for the start of the fall semester, community members must use the Covid Vaccine application to submit their proof of vaccination (or receive an exemption for medical reason, religious reason, or completely remote work arrangement) by July 30. Requests for exemptions must be submitted by July 22 to allow time for review and processing.

“If a student is not fully vaccinated in time for the start of the fall semester, registration will be placed on hold. Students must clear all holds to proceed with registration.”
