Completely anecdotal, but my daughter’s business partner had long covid. He could hardly walk up the stairs to his apartment without resting, and he’s in his 30s.
He got the first dose and was able to get around much more comfortably, and by the second dose he was almost back to normal. Whether it’s time, the placebo effect, or the vaccine, of course I can’t say, but I’m glad whatever it was, he’s better.
