Is the issue they can’t hire enough workers? Then don’t show up for extra shifts. They’re not going to fire you.
Not true... A friend of mine was working 2 jobs...40 hours during the week, and 16 hours every weekend at Walmart...
In a year and a half she missed 4 days... got fired for poor attendance...
And a big help wanted sign is right out front...
I don’t think employers have accepted that it’s now an employee’s market..
