Actually I don’t think money is the motive. Money is the driver for the complicit vaccine and drug companies that stand to gain. But they are just being used.
The motive or intent by mal actors (NWO) at the top is population reduction. Why do they want that? Because a small crowd is easier to control.
Why do they need to control us? Because they would lose power over us if they don’t, at which time we would eliminate them. The very thought of free, prosperous enlightened nations is anathema to them.
They didn’t need to use the vaccine patents until Trump usurped their plans for Hillary as the lead for the NWO, and the contrived impeachments didn’t work. Trump’s constant talk of nationalism and liberty had to be stopped.
Thus the Plandemic was used to alter the voting process, resulting in Biden now doing what Hillary was to do four years ago.
I agree with your reasoning. I'll take it further. Those with power and money want more of this beautiful planet for themselves, and in a more pristine condition than is possible with billions of people living on it. Think about Mark Z buying up 100's of acres of Kauai to have just for his family. The thought of having a private island or large estate in the mountains is very appealing, but of course most of us can't afford it.
Push the green agenda far enough and there simply isn't room for today's population to survive and thrive. If you restore most of the farm land and ranch land to a pre-agricultural state, there won't be sufficient food for billions of people. With modern technology, their labor isn't required. To sick twisted elitists bent on power and money, this justifies tyranny and depopulation. Deplorable rabble compete for resources - land, food, privacy. Most of them are expendable, especially if the elites agree to a world government that eliminates war in this depopulated paradise.
Sadly, many ordinary people have been swayed by the green agenda to embrace restrictions on freedom. I've seen young people celebrate restrictions on new housing construction blamed on drought in the west. They don't seem to have an answer to where people will live, except that some believe people should be forced to live in cities through regulation. Much of our indoctrinated and deceived population is walking right into a trap.

Obviously, world populations are not self-reducing fast enough for the
