SCOTUS actually doesn’t have the purview over this election fraud as China, Italy and possibly other foreign countries were directly involved. It is war, and war is not something SCOTUS rules on. Plus the info they’d have to see connected to foreign intervention is classified and they don’t have clearance.
Whether or not foreign nations were involved in election fraud is as yet unknown, and even if they were the Supreme Court has the authority and the responsibility to make judgments according the US law, including any foreign interference in US law.
As for war--no war was declared. That argument is spurious.
The fact remains that the Supreme Court justices failed in their duty to seek truth and render justice, thus to rise to greatness at a time when greatness was needed, and to argue that any US citizen lacks "standing" to seek justice in the Court for election fraud is absurd and a cop-out to avoid making serious, controversial, difficult, and potentially dangerous decisions.
Furthermore, not to seek truth and justice is to be complicit in untruth and injustice.
