These people are called "communists" or "Communists."
They are speaking the way Communists speak. The more absurd the lie, the more strident the claim. When they can drown out truth then the people eventually forget the truth or give up and accept the lie as the faux truth they have to live with. That is the theory they are working from, anyway.
