Not sure where you read that but Pfizer did get the largest fine in history back in 2009 for ILLEGAL MARKETING, and Promoting a medication for “Off Label” use.
Off label promotion and use of medications have always been going on.
The Feds decided to enforce the law this time.
Now don’t get your Fruit of the Looms all up in a bunch because most people here are Promoting Drugs for off label use to treat Covid.
