“many more days” is quite a bit different than 1.5 hours after the vaccine.
Be honest here at least - the report you posted read “ did not expect pt to make it many more days”
You can interpret many more days absent the “did not expect”, but you can’t make that qualifier go away no matter how you parse it, and I consider that a bit disingenuous, if not purposefully misleading.
To each their own though.
