I make a very good cauliflower crust that my husband and son actually like.

And I make a lasagna subbing thin sliced turkey luncheon meat for the noodles that they swoon over. Smoked is best. I’ve used the canned whole chiles as well. Son loves it, husband hates all chiles everywhere for eternity. Also eggplant makes a good noodle substitute. Zucchini should be fed to the sheep and goats.

Had good luck with the shirataki and kelp noodles also.

Appreciate the additional tips! I’ve recently had a few cauliflower varieties, and they were surprisingly good.
