Retrain to savory. That’s what I’ve been doing/working on. There are a lot of spices in the world and most Americans have tried very few of them.
I put toasted sesame oil on my veggies. Brussel sprouts fried in bacon grease and lightly tossed with the toasted sesame oil. Use it to make garlic vinaigrette for salads. Make my own mayo with avocado oil and duck eggs with a splash of the sesame.
It’s divine on scallops.
