I was wondering myself. I could not remember what SCOTUS said about DACA, can you? Did they say Congress had to do something about it?

they didn't rule on the constitutionality of DACA...instead - weasel technicality

On June 18, 2020, the Supreme Court ruled (5-4) that DHS’s rescission of DACA violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) because the agency did not provide a reasoned explanation for its action.
