The dose we've always talked about is 0.2mg/kg, which works out to 200 μg/kg, which is practically the same as 192.37. The key word is "mean", however. The same mean value could by achieved either by giving everyone 192.37/day, or by having 9 studies giving 1.0/day and one study giving 2000/day. The 9 studies would fail, and only the tenth would succeed.

Correct. We’d have to analyze the raw data to know how they distorted the trial to be able to assure the pre-determined outcome - i.e. that ivermectin was not useful.
