I have a “ticket” for the Trump rally in Phoenix on the 24th. The venue they selected, however, has only 5,000 seats. I’m a little concerned about what they’re going to do with the other 50,000+ who show up.

They’ll probably be outside together in the overflow area. I think this is typical at Trump rallies because thousands more always show up than can be accommodated inside the venue. Maybe they’ll have jumbotrons. I hope you get inside.

Yes, there’ll be an overflow area outside of the venue, and it might have numerous Jumbotron screens and a sound system set up so that everyone can view outside. Bring a cheap lawn chair that you don’t mind losing if you think you’ll end up outside - you can then at least sit to watch the show.

The venue for the July 24th rally is the Arizona Federal Theatre, a large indoor theatre that seats 5,000. There is no overflow area except the street. Chase Field, where the Arizona Diamondbacks play, is about a mile away. In the past, when Trump has visited Arizona, rallies have been held at an airport.

I'm surprised more hasn't been said about logistics.
