The Generals and Admirals swore the same oath as non-flag grade officers.

If the Flag officers are in violation of their oaths it is not mutiny to remove them. Unlike the enlisted oath, an officer's oath does NOT contain the proviso, "and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me."

Our oath is to the Constitution and, by extension, the nation it created and the people who the Constitution protects.

This is not an action to be undertaken lightly, hastily, or in less than dire circumstances. Once begun, it is success or death.
