disagree...the “cure” cannot be managed from the base of government. A corrupted election essentially means the country is not governed.
We the People create the government by means of our votes through the elections process. When both the elections process is corrupted, as well as the voting process, ONLY WE THE PEOPLE can correct that. There IS NO government entity that can possibly do so

Second, how does a group of cilivians take out the massive numbers of corrupt traitors from fedgov, state govs, corporate entities, media, etc? How do civilians try them in courts and exact legal punishments? How do civilians then have clean elections? Please give some kind of plan of how groups of civilians can accomplish this, from sea to shining sea.
I’ve read that 3000 counties had corrupt elections. How did they manage this? Corrupt officials at fed, state, and county level. How can civilians have access to all the intel needed to know exactly who is corrupt, and how? We don’t have access to intel that details who got CCP $, who gave the CCP info, who made deals with the CCP (or other entities, Soros, whatever) and what the deals were. The DIA knows, don’t forget Dong the Defector, for starters.
How to find these peoples’ overseas bank accounts, hidden funds, etc and confiscate them? Which Trump’s EOs about foreign interference in elections and those involved in corruption and human trafficking mandate.
Q said the military was the only way. I see no other path. Groups of citizens, no matter how well meaning, do not have the intel, the legal power, the courts, the judges, the arrest powers, and so on, to take out the traitors that have almost destroyed the country.
And then there are all the other crimes they’ve committed from the covid scamdemic/plandemic, dealing with transnational cartels, assassinations, and plenty of other crimes. And the media, their propaganda arm.
Groups of volunteer citizens cannot possibly do all of the above.
