From what I’ve read, the vaccines used in the USA have about a 5% to 10% ineffectiveness rate in the elderly.

I suspect that if you have been hospitalized for an infection or have had flu more than once after regular flu vaccination as an older person, Covid vaccines might be ineffective for you.

There seems to be a great reluctance to develop and use Covid antibody testing, but such testing is key to helping the people highly vulnerable to Covid after Covid vaccination shots keep themselves safe.

I agree, antibody testing needs to replace testing testing

first, if someone has good levels of antibodies, they won’t need a shot. Great for them. Second, if someone has poor levels of antibodies 15 days post-shot, they need to know that, too, before they accept that pool party invite
