My luthier shop is in my garage. I don’t want my ukes smelling like coffee.
But then again, that might be a selling point.

Your weather would make outdoor roasting simple with a small table to put the roaster on. I-roast is about the size of a small microwave.
I consider shelf coffee at the store to be so stale. Oddly, the best of it is 8 oclock bean in whole bean variety and then ground.
It’s also fairly easy to find local brands in most places at privately owned coffee shops.
