Do you work for one of the pharmaceutical korporations pushing these experimental treatments? Do you work for a subcontractor for the government on their COVID outreach program? Do you get a commission based on the number of experimental treatments given?

My guess is that he’s someone higher level.

A duke is someone in a political position of authority over others.

Leads me to conclude that this person is in a higher ranking position at Dugway and stands to benefit a LOT from the vax pushing.

That’s a false statement. I’ve never worked on bio. For sixteen months I did chemical decontamination. FWIW, I’ve been retired since 2013.
