Just an aside. I was at a doctor’s office and the doctor gave me a hard time about not getting the jab.
I told the nurse. She said “Well - don’t tell anybody, but I’m not getting it either. A lot of us aren’t.”
I told her about some of the alternatives.
She said “Oh - I know all about them. My husband is a naturopath. Funny thing is - HE is the one that got the vaccine!”
Read somewhere that Yoga helps with Covid symptoms…….
Guess it depends on ones expertise in the matter.
I wonder what a Plummer would recommend, LOL
