One of the positive aspects of working for a large company or corporation is often stability and benefits.
But one of the most annoying downsides is the “mandatory training” they make you do...sexual harassment, diversity, domestic violence, etc.
I used to get a bit crazy about it, because they would force you to watch the video and take the test. And they always had one question that would trip you up, and you had to take the test again.
But about two years ago, I had a revelation.
I realized I didn’t need to watch the videos. It records whether you watch them but...I could put them on and do my work with them minimized. When the video was done, it would tee up the test, and...
To pass the test, all I had to do to pass the test was think like a Leftist. I would put on my “Leftist Hat” and answer the questions like I imagined a Leftist would answer them, and...Voila!
I used to grit my teeth and cuss to get through them, but now? It is like a game to determine how well I know them.
And I know them pretty well, apparently.
“I realized I didn’t need to watch the videos. It records whether you watch them but...I could put them on and do my work with them minimized. When the video was done, it would tee up the test, and...”
That’s what thinking too. I don’t think there’s going to be a quiz afterwards. It will probably just be a mindless, power-point type of presentation where I’m supposed to read captions and click on to the next slide.
But still...it will likely be all BS.
“To pass the test, all I had to do to pass the test was think like a Leftist. I would put on my “Leftist Hat” and answer the questions like I imagined a Leftist would answer them, and...Voila!”
I found that strategy worked for the practice Law School Admission Test tests I did.
