it is true that the NFL (National Felon's League) has systemic racism. Players seem to be around 90% black. If the NFL wanted to combat systemic racism, then start in their own organization. I want to see 87% of the players to be non-black.
Corporations are being told that their boards, senior executives, and rank and file have to be more diverse and reflect the make up of the nation...yet the NFL is not required to do the same.
