Last year, when there was no vaccine, about 1 out of 10 Americans contracted covid. Now that 60% of all adults have been vaxxed the chances of contracting it should be down dramatically from that.

Add the fact that people ages 20 to 24 have a 99.994% chance of surviving an infection (as calculated last November) and it's no wonder at all that they're apathetic about getting an experimental vaccine.
