It truly seems to be a State Fair tradition all across the land.

I have seen fried butter, fried ice cream and fried insects.

I wonder if at English faires, they just boil everything until tasteless?

Frying is quick cooking for the crowds.

Aren’t pancakes always fried? Otherwise, they’d spread out to a giant blob in the oven. Maybe they’re refrying them.
