This is a smoking gun, so to repeat a cliche. What matters is if these facts, even matter anymore? If provable facts are dismissed by the DOJ and Judiciary, then... what? I don’t know, it might be that the force of the push back so far has Democrat operatives looking over their shoulder. This does happen, and maybe now some of these disposable local previously leftist bureaucrats might find it a good idea to turn? We will see.
