Not exactly what was said.

There are 74,000 ballots for which there is a receipt form 34, but no corresponding sent form 33. It may or may not equate to the same thing. One more thing that needs to be explained. The County, however, should have the explanation at hand if they actually did an audit - along with why their certification process can’t actually certify machines.
