Hayward is in the San Francisco Bay Area...It is near Oakland...I have been to Hayward...I would say that Hayward is a little better than Oakland...
There are barely enough whites to harass and humiliate in this school district at 4 percent. Are Asians going to be the substitute for Caucasians?
Not doing those kids any favors wasting $40 million dollars like that. Money would be better spent on an ESL program and school uniforms.

Hayward went woke, specifically Cal State-Hayward which now calls itself Cal State East Bay to hide its uselessness, some thirty years ago. It is the area ruled by Eric Swalwell.
